Thanks to their detailed evaluation, we made the decision not to buy that house. Feel like CFBI helped us dodge a bullet. Was a bit pricey, but worth every penny to have peace of mind. Abdiel Cuevas Hiraldo was prompt, professional, and knowledgeable. He offered information during the inspections for purchase of home and answered any questions. Some concerns where out of scope of inspection and needed professional evaluation but inspection did make us aware of them. I do not like the payment system. CFBI made appt. 3 days after request and we did receive report the next day. I would definitely recommend and use them again.
