Central Coast Lending

I have had a wonderful experiences with Central Coast lending for VA loans. Dixon has handled our loan processing so well each time and the whole staff has been eager to answer any questions I've had. Lauryn Francisco recently helped my cousin obtain a loan and was able to get her a quick escrow with no hiccups.

My loan officer was great from the Paso Robles branch. But my experience with the Atascadero location was very disappointing. I felt responsible to move escrow along and ask questions in regards to closing escrow. My emails were answered in very few words and they just seemed uninterested in moving escrow along. Lisa Renelle was my loan officer in Paso Robles and was always proactive, professional and made me feel like an important client. Jason Grote (Atascadero) seemed unenthusiastic and didn’t give much guidance to escrow and peeling back the layers during the underwriting process.

Lauryn was the VA loan specialist who assisted me and she was excellent. She worked through every issue we encounter and was a tremendous help
