This “Landlord” company are extremely dismissive and attempt to get out of anything that needs to be addressed in the apartments and have been this way for Years! Even worse are the Maintenance, specifically, Martin. He has not only been rude and disrespectful to me but my mother as well, when she visit so that someone can be home while they do work in the apartment. They half ass the work. Are upset they even HAVE to fix anything, while Knowing NOTHING has been changed, fixed or updated in years, from leaks to appliances to floor and ceilings. Absolutely awful!! Tenants are fed up with their lack of responsibility in taking care of the major issues in the apartment. They need to take some accountability with their Maintenance staff (Martin) and set some boundaries and standards of how to

Love my apartment and neighborhood! River walk is only 2 blocks away. So beautiful! Management is always there to help you. They send the maintenance guys the same day. Super Eddie is very friendly and helpful

The management is a joke. Bullshit job doesn’t care about the tenants,. no heat and no hot water in the winter. Even though you tell them 1000 times then don’t fix the issue completely When you make a noise complain or other issues they don’t care u gotta suffer -100000 stars

Love my 2bed apartment! Easy process, leasing team and Jimit were GREAT! Super and onsite team was helpful and friendly. 5/5
