I am disappointed with my recent experience with the Management team at Centerview at Crossroads. On Monday evening, I discovered a mouse in my unit and immediately reported it to the office via voicemail. I received a follow-up call on Tuesday and was assured that the office would contact Terminix and provide a confirmed date and time for service. By Wednesday afternoon, having not received any additional details, I stopped by the office to follow up, but it was closed for lunch. When the office reopened, I called and was told that the issue would not be escalated because I had “just told them about it yesterday.” This response was inaccurate, dismissive, and minimized the seriousness of the concern. When I asked to speak with a manager, I was met with further justifications for not ex
I have lived here almost 7 years, and the Maintenance team is consistently amazing!!!. Every repair I have needed to be done, be it electrical or maintenance, has been handled quickly, professionally and effectively. It is very assuring to know you have a trustworthy team taking care of the property, headed by an outstanding, reliable and amazing gentleman, Habib; a man of few words but extremely thorough and effective. About a month and a half ago, on return home from work in the evening, I walked into a partially-flooded apartment. With groceries in hand, I was shocked, very shaken and lost for words. Not knowing what to do, I went back with them to my car, sat, and tried to compose myself. With trembling hands, I reached for my phone and dialed the after-hour emergency number and le
I’m posting this review to document a disappointing experience during a lease transition at Centerview at Crossroads. During my attempts to complete an early termination in good faith, I received inconsistent and conflicting guidance from onsite management. In particular, my interactions with Fernando and Jennifer (management) were unnecessarily difficult. Communication was rigid and dismissive, and questions about notice requirements and buy-out timing were met with abrupt responses rather than clear explanations.. Despite documenting my intent to pay and comply with the lease, the full buy-out fee was posted to my account as immediately due, contrary to prior discussions as management documented they would split the buyout fee. What should have been a straightforward administrative pro
i have lived here for 7 months and my experience has been nothing but great. I was first greeted with a consultant who was patient and kind and tonight i got to meet two more employees Fernando and Cola (i hope i spelled it right sorry) who were just so nice and gave me pie for a thanksgiving treat. they are always doing something nice for the community. the maintenance is quick and friendly. i am happy to make this review bc they deserve it! 100000/10
Autistic people aren’t meant for apartments. These weren’t an exception unfortunately. We end up with nowhere to go because everywhere fails to meet our sensory needs and becomes irritated and irate with us. I hurt for my friends and I. We have to move in with our families (who we shouldn’t have to move in with as grown adults, we should find spaces we’re proud to be in by ourselves) or into conditions that cause panic and extreme anxiety. It’s frustrating to experience employer discrimination and then have multiple complexes not correspond to the ADA. :( It’s sad for us. Truly. I’m sorry for the entire Level 1 community, but must go my own way and end apartment living. We will be above our budget, but it must be done.
