The wife and I lived here after we got married, and the experience was alright. I've made a list of the good, the bad, and the ugly below. The good: - The staff in the office was friendly and helpful and responded to concerns when I emailed them. - For the most part maintenance requests were fixed in a timely manner, it just depends on what you needed fixed. Our water heater went out on a Sunday and they fixed it first thing the next day. - The location is phenomenal, right next to several walking trails food, and campus it's great! - It's a relatively safe community, never had any real concerns, and the one or two that we had was from when the gates were left wide open for anyone to enter. - REALLY nice pool. The bad: - They DO NOT let you know that maintenance will be entering your apa

Extremely loud, there is a roofing project that disturbs floors 1-3 yet they offer no compensation for the extremely loud noise and lack of parking that already sucks. Also we pay for a gated community and the gates are often broken or left open, so much for safety. Also no compensation offered when one of the main reasons I moved here , the gated community, is an open community for anyone to come. There are many gates that are broken with no plan to fix as they been broken for at least a year. Dog shit also is sprawled everywhere at this place. Avoid at all cost.

Would be zero stars: loud noises at all times, roofers banging around all day with no compensation and leaving nails on the ground i got a flat and they refused to pay for my tire, rude staff and maintenance, loud dog barking and dog poop everywhere including the sidewalk, trash sprawled everywhere, gates don't work half the time. Avoid at all cost, scam people here.

Rude office staff and rude "maintenance" No parking and extremely loud noises, dog poop, strash everywhere. Not a gated apartment as the gate seldom work, as so the "workers" just leave gates wide open. Worst place I've lived.

It’s without a doubt the absolute worst place I’ve ever lived management is horrible and just don’t care glad out I’ve lived here for four years and I’ve tolerated a lot. They jacked my rent up each year so finally I had to pay a major increase to only do a six month lease and I pray I’m able to vacate by then. Maintenance is wonderful. Parking is absolutely horrible. They do not Monitor the tags I live in phase 2. Two carports so my daughters don’t have to park out on the street. I’ve constantly complained about people visiting in their vehicles during in here after curfew. And they say that they will have them towed. It’s all lies people keep parking in here that isn’t supposed to and their renters end up parking on the road or wherever they line up Moks Boulevard solid bumper-to-bumper
