Used to live here, was great until ~2 years ago they had really bad sewer/drain flies. It happened right after a new management company had most of the condo units hydro-jetted. Not long after the fiasco, they fired the management company - they never even finished hydro-jetting all the units. Then ~1 year ago they had a cockroach infestation. It especially was bad on the 15th floor. They had the fire department respond to a call (I believe due to a broken sprinkler based on what neighbors were saying) and the firefighters joked how they felt like the men in black because there were so many roaches while I was with them in the elevator and they were leaving.
