Centennial Properties

This place is an absolute joke of a management company. They have a literal God of reality TV living in one of their buildings, and they refused to fix a broken pipe. That’s causing a leaky ceiling after two months, which I’m sure is causing health issues that the lawyers will make sure they pay for. Did you think you would get away with this? No you’re gonna get smoked!!!

I rarely take the time to review companies, good or bad, but I felt compelled to share my experience with this property management firm. It's clear to me that they have no remorse or empathy for anyone. I consider myself to be a perfect tenant. Low maintenance, pay on time and watch out for my neighbors. I am also a clean freak, so when I left my apartment, it was far cleaner than when I moved in. I signed a month to month lease, with the understanding that if I move out prior to 10 months that of occupancy I would incur an "administration fee". Watching the movie “The Boston Strangler” and was reminded of the time i was renting from this company and had a man show up at my door claiming to be a repairman, whom i was not given any advance notice of, who put his foot in my door and tried to force his way in to my apartment scaring me half to death because he couldn't wait a moment for me to call and confirm with the company that he was supposed to be there so he left, and the centennial evicted me because they claimed it cost them money. If you are reading this than you must have a brain. DO NOT rent from this place. The little man (Kurt) that sits in the office is a crazy nutter. A real D-BAG. I heard stories that if you complain (about anything even small things) that he would kick you out, well it's true. I rent rented one of his S-Hole apartments and after a month of living there needed to move out because they do not care about the conditions of the property after you rent it. My wife found mold that they painted over and plumbing issues that have never been taken care of. AND the bugs! We called and ask to have someone come by and spray for bugs and the fat women that works there just laughed.
