Raising my rent every year yet I have to call multiple times for my online maintenance requests to receive any attention. Currently have me without a microwave for 13 days. In 2024 a pipe burst and my ceiling opened, had sewage leaking into a bucket from my ceiling for 2 weeks. Was not put in a hotel or given a discount on rent. Overall sloppy management. Do not live here. If it was cheaper sure, but if you’re going to pay this much, go live somewhere that they open the pool on time, respond to your maintenance requests, dont mistakenly charge you extra then charge you a late fee for not paying while waiting on them to fix their mistake. Staff turnover is a problem, also a sign of how badly run this place is. Every summer have to put a maintenance request on the AC, but they don’t respond

I was browsing online for my next beautiful apartment Imani Flanders was so professional she gave me a courtesy call this morning I instantly immediately went straight there to view an apartment that I love it was so clean spacious comfortable and the price is very reasonable for the midtown area then she showed me a two bedroom town home that I fell in love with. She's so Young energetic refreshing customer service amazing definitely ask her when you go in.

Centennial has its tradeoffs. Living in a prime/central location with the occasional unruly neighborly issues. The maintenance staff are pleasant, and I've found them be timely, particularly for emergencies. I think the office staff may have high turnover because the some of the staff that existed before aren't there today. I hope for the better, as I was wrongly accused running a business and the leasing manager threatened to call the police on me. Turns out they got a mix up with the apartment. Nobody called me to apologize...oh well. I didn't appreciate being accused of a crime and the lack of due diligence by the staff. I'm moving on though; I want to go somewhere with more reasonable staff.

Do NOT move to this apartment complex. Lived there for two years and apartment flooded 3x, there were 3 robberies, 2 shootings, and one hostage situation. When the apartment flooded it took days to get someone to come, my room was unlivable, and I got zero compensation from them. Mold in all the vents and walls that was never cleaned even though I sent in maintenance requests regularly. Disgusting living conditions and unsafe area. Staff are rude and take forever to respond. Save yourself the trouble (and PTSD) and move literally anywhere else.

It’s the worst experience especially if you get a street level apartment. And tax income credit and section eight recipients live there. I’ve lived here for almost 10 years and I’ve experienced nothing but unhappiness do to the disrespect of people who aren’t mindful of their neighbors and or surroundings. Sorry to say they are 99% younger single women who don’t work because they’re on these programs with multiple children and most of the time they aren’t supervised. The children use the parking lots to play in. There is a noise ordinance until 10pm so if you are like me, who go to bed early often.. you mean to tell me that I have to wait until after 10 pm to try and get a good rest for work the next day. The mgmt says it’s all about having a diverse community but that will never work with
