The Community Yard Sale is wack. Big signs advertising for weeks to come, but the day of the yard sale was a massive waste of time. Literally saw like 4 people total trying to sell a small batch of old kids toys. Thanks to them for trying but sad the community doesn’t show up for what seems like a neighborhood wide event. Won’t waste my time again. Houses are beautiful and community is well maintained. This is just a criticism of their Community Yard Sale.

Shame on Karen T Property Manager and CDD Chairman Scott F of this private community for bothering a man engaging in his first amendment right to hold a sign saying God bless our homeless veterans. Shamelessly called the police to come out and harass this man while he is on a public sidewalk please do better.

Called on a man for holding sign saying God Bless homeless veterans. Nothing but lies the property manager Karen T. told to the cops. Way to go. "laughs and taunts" totally disgusting.

Explored this option as a new build, but probably would not consider futher unless they chose a different builder than Lennar. Lennar properties tend to be cheap materials and shoddy workmanship. Also, judging from the other comments, it seems like management maintains an adversarial relationship with the greater St. Johns community.
