Celeste On Glendale

1 1/2 years residents here. My family and I have gone through 3 different managements while residing here. Cars have been stolen out of the Property, and on top of that you have to worry about the tow company they have a Contract with. GW Towing. They’ll come and go after office hours taking multiple cars for the smallest infractions and charge you over 200 dollars. Even if you pay the 25 dollars every month for the permit parking, they’ll find a reason to take your vehicle, and what happens to be the most frustrating part is the management doesn’t care. How can people feel comfort or at home when you have to worry about not only your car being stolen off property, but friends and families cars when they visit . No warning, immediate tow and charge , Stolen. Please look elsewhere. @america

3 out of 10 washers work for the entire complex. To be fair tides just bought it and Serena park had it like this for months but they did work on the outside to make it look nicer but the washers are still broken. Priorities are all off. Management seems friendly and the complex looks nice but this is ridiculous especially for how much we pay. *edit now 2/10 washers work and one is filled with nasty water which smells like mold and mildew in the laundry room..also homeless people sleep in there from time to time. they also decided removed all the pool furniture just before the 4th of July so for the entire summer there’s been no where to sit in the pool area except the hot ground. My room mate is disabled which effectively means she can’t use the pool comfortably none of us can. Not to m

I have lived here for about 9 months now and honestly I don't understand all the bad reviews, we love our place and the community has been great. The workout room is available, pool is always taken care of and available. Anytime we have needed maintenance which has been twice has been responded too and then fixed. So it's been great! Looking forward to staying here for quite a long time. 😁 UPDATE 11/22/23: Everything is just getting better here. Amanda and her team are awesome. all brand new washers/dryers with a way more seamless way to go through a app with them. maintenance requests are taken care of promptly or have a good resolution. It's been great here and i definitely plan on staying. UPDATE 10/16/2024 to start it off. New management again! Crazy right? Well, probably hands down

Oh my goodness, what can I say about Tides on 59th? It's an awful place to rent an apartment. There are drug addicts walking around at night, the swimming pool is green, and the laundromat is unusable. Maintenance gets angry when you ask them to fix something, and there are roaches. We had a terrible leak problem in the bedroom and asked Kayla to fix this issue. One day, there was a terrible rainstorm, and I lost my brand-new $1,200 queen bed. My bedroom was flooded, and Kayla still didn't want to fix the issue. So, I had to get the City of Glendale to help me out and force her to fix the roof. We ended up leaving Tides for a better, cleaner apartment and neighborhood. Thank you, Jesus! Tides was a nightmare the few months we lived there. I would not recommend Tides, but if you're desperat

A pleasure to live here, rent is very affordable and the staff are always friendly, I never have any complaints and when I have a maintenance issue it is always resolved in a timely manner.
