Celadon Properties

This company couldn't live up to the great service provided by my former rental property manager Karl Hendler (R.I.P.). Celadon Properties regular service was ok, but repairs were done by an individual, not a company with legit receipts. And then, the owner of the company gets upset because I decided to go with a more dependable company, which I have used for several years now and that is very responsible, responsive, and transparent. Stay away from Celadon Properties!!!

I've lived at Cannon South Apartments. Marie and Hector are a great management team. They respond right away and I am happy to be living here.

Disorganized paving residents cars towed when people came home no place to park watched people drive around all night trying to find a place to place to park spoke with some residents upset All had to park on fire lane been here three years never experienced this I'd like to know who planned this catastrophe lord help us!!!!

The property I was it the manager was unbelievably rude and unprofessional. I would never suggest anyone living in one of their properties

Not great but not bad. It's a good place to live with a small family.
