Cedar Villas Apartments

We are moving out of this complex after being here for 4 years. The units are nice and well-kept up. The landlord,Chris, is a wonderful person who truly cares about the well-being of his tenants. There's a big open dogs for dogs to run and planters for use in the spring/summer at no extra charge. Chris is always prompt and accommodating whenever something needs repaired. We are going to miss this place!

My husband and I have lived here a year so far and I have nothing but great things to say. Chris, the landlord, has always made sure we are happy and that the complex was really well kept. Every maintenance request we have made has been fulfilled the next day if not sooner. Pricing is also great especially for us having two dogs.

I don't live there yet, but I'm hoping to in the very near future. The Landlord, Chris, is very professional kind and nice. Looking forward to speaking with him again and getting back on the Waitlist.

I lived there for only a year but it was one of the few places I didn't have any problems with. the property was well maintained, friendly neighbors with pets, Chris (the landlord) was always quick to respond and helpful. I would diffidently recommend moving in with a friend or significant other.

After living here for 8 years...I must say this is one of the best apartment complexes to live in Missoula. Moved to relocate to another state. Chris is an amazing manger, very accommodating and on top of things. Maintenance is superb 👌. Definitely recommend living here.
