Cedar Tree Apartments

I'm surprised by some of the negative reviews however Cedar tree is under new management with Robin Summers and they have a new maintenance man named Jeremy. I moved in in the fall and I have had a wonderful experience at the apartment and with staff. It really makes a difference when the staff are genuinely kind, prompt and communicative. I felt like Robin and Jeremy went above and beyond to help with anything I needed. I have had bad experiences with pacific rental company and others but this was refreshing and makes me feel safe to live at cedar tree. I highly recommend. Only negatives are, people often do not pick up after their dogs despite ample supply of doggy bags and dumpsters to access. Other than that, the other tenants are quiet and peaceful and everyone seems to keep to themse

Pam and Carly are the " managers " for woodland town homes and cedar tree. I have never seen worse management in my life. I applied for rental assistance and pam doesn't do the paperwork that has been sent to her.. Office hours are from 9 to 2 and there never in the office. These people are a complete joke when it comes to management. They lie about everything. And don't care about the renters in the units. I lived at cedar tree for 4.5 years any only got inspected once. I don't recommend living at either If they are manager. Nothing will get fixed . Pam has absolutely no phone edict when talking to renters. 110% unprofessional. Good luck to future renters

Well they could get more organized by parking! So now if your job is one thing and it's a maintenance and repairs it's not his job to be telling no one too do anything it's the manager place to say not the repairs man Job description and if he wants a good reviews then don't go saying that you can't even go see a friend who lives in the same apts as you do. My cousin is a victim of a craime and they are saying that we have to move out because of the cop's coming to the apartment well my family member could of dried and how would they have fealt

LOVING!! The new bonsai trees that the maintenance man has been working on he's doing a great job really appreciate the beauty I will add a photo later good picture

We live here.Lived here 4 years.going on 5 but wanting to move into a house.so looking for a house.apt buildings arent the greatest but its a home and i have a roof.i love it cause its my home but prefer more indepedant living for a home like a house.
