Cedar Square Apartments

I just moved here recently, and I honestly like it. I don’t usually put a reviews and hopefully this may help. I have a 1 bedroom with a study room, and I really like it. It has a dishwasher, tho I don’t have a washer & dryer in my unit, but its just on the 1st level floor. I’m suprised is not what I’m expecting, because it’s neat, clean and has a camera that made u more comfy. I like how its upgraded that u can download an apps where u can monitor ur laundry when it done, and make a payment through your phone. In reality the place doesn’t look expensive, and I think its because of the old carpet in the hallway that gives a bad smell, and make it look old the building. And also the dim light in the hallway, and I think if they can change it into brighter white light it makes more look go

Moved from Florida to these apartments, was shown pictures with nice new cabinets, when I get to Minnesota and see the apartment it has old dirty falling apart cabinets, managers said they would replace them with new ones and I've been here months already and they haven't replaced them and I am stuck living with dirty old cabinets that smell disgusting. Also the roof in the apartment started leaking when It was raining , our living room floor in the apartment got disgusting from the brown dirty water leaking from roof and I was told they would hire a company to clean the carpets professionally which they never did .

Its always clean & quiet. They have changed a few things up lately which have been since as a resident. The girls in the office are always willing to help. Maintenance is timely. I would of never left had we not bought a house

I lived here for 8 years until i bought my house recently. The girls in the office are super nice & helpful. I would of loved to stay with all the new changes the new management is making. It really is a great place to live. I loved how safe we felt & how quick maintenance would come. I really am going to miss the office ladies. You wont be upset here

Best management ever! When I ever need anything, they are quick to fix. Super friendly and supportive. I’ve lived here for 5 years and I love it. Never had bed bug issues. We recently had a death in the family and Sara Rae greeted me with a hug which actually made my day. Ashley and Sara Rae are the KINDEST people you could ever meet and we are so lucky to have them.
