I couldn’t be happier with my experience at Cedar + Sage Apartment Homes after recently moving in. One of the first things you notice is the huge amount of greenspace throughout the property - mature trees, open spaces, and walkable outdoor areas that make it feel peaceful and tucked away, especially for being in South Austin. As a new resident, my experience with the manager has been excellent. She’s welcoming, responsive, and made the move-in process smooth and easy.

I truly enjoy living here. Desiree is an exceptional property manager—she’s courteous, approachable, and consistently attentive to residents' needs. Luis, the maintenance technician, is equally impressive. He responds promptly and handles requests with efficiency and professionalism. If you're searching for a well-managed, welcoming place to call home, I highly recommend this community.

My experience living at this property was, unfortunately, a challenging one. Not only because of the living conditions, but because of how those issues were managed. I’m writing this review not out of spite, but in hopes that both the property management team and future tenants can learn from our experience. We initially moved into a unit that had multiple issues, including sanitation concerns with neighboring tenants and repeated problems with off-leash dogs. This was particularly distressing as I have a young child and a severe fear of dogs. Despite the office being aware and allegedly sending multiple notices to the tenants involved, there was little to no improvement. I have been living my new place for a month and I love it! It's quiet, serene and clean. The move was so easy and the updates in the apartment are beautiful. I've lived in a lot of places and they really did a really great job to an old building with renovations. One big plus is the location is great! Also, shout out to Desiree. She has been so accommodating, helpful with move in, and responds quickly to anything you need. She definitely is the best leasing manager I have ever worked with before. Highly recommend this place!
