Cedar Ridge Apartments

Yesterday, Jessica, the manager at Cedar Ridge Apartments, hosted a pizza party and invited all residents. When the kids arrived, she refused to give them pizza unless they picked up trash, even though it had been raining all day. She even told one child, “You can’t have any pizza because your parent is late on rent.” That statement was beyond unprofessional and deeply disrespectful especially toward a child. As a manager, Jessica should treat residents with the same respect she expects in return and strive to build positive relationships within her community, not work against it. Instead, she has been impolite and dismissive toward low-income residents, making their living experience unnecessarily difficult. Her behavior is completely unacceptable for someone in a management position.

Yesterday Jessica the manger had a pizza party for the residents and told a child that he couldn’t get pizza because his mom wasn’t late on rent she is unprofessional and it’s sad.Nothing gets fixed unless you call 6 times.

Will say that Management is wonderful, she is amazing on what she does and she is always there for what you need. I would say that I've never been into a place where you feel like home. She always make people feel welcome and I love that. Thanks management for all the help you give to all of us!!

The management is amazing, but Allied residential is NOT and neither are the neighbors! I had my car gutted by neighbors, door dash orders stolen within minutes of being delivered, the property is not safe with constant drug deals happening and abandoned vehicles being parted out. The park is not safe for kids at all! Needles and garbage littered everywhere. There are cameras that have never worked and even the police make comments! Also the police are there at least twice a week for different reasons! Also, I messaged grant burton at Allied Residential on December 10th 2024 letting him know I saw a Beattle or roach of some sort. I never received a response. I put bait, baking soda and vinegar everywhere to try and deter them myself. Today on move out I found ENTIRE Terro traps filled with

i lived here for 2-3 years the management is nice but the people there arent the best, when i moved there was mold in the walls because we had a flood and they 100% js painted over it because within 1 week someone already moved in, we didn't have the best experience but it was okay for the past 2-3 years
