I want to thank Shayla Frith .. Kim. Maintenance. I want to thank every single person that was involved in making our move extraordinary. I have never seen my daughter this happy in my entire life. She loves the walk in closet. She loves the spacious bedroom. The way the flat is set up...she feels like she has an apartment all to herself. My mother loves the kitchen. She loves to cook. The kitchen is beautiful with plenty of cabinets. We feel safe living here. The community vibe is welcoming. The grounds are well maintained. As soon as we get settled in.. We will be making some preacher cookies 🍪 for some outstanding folks.. Thank you from the bottom our hearts.. Home sweet home!!!! ❤️

We got our keys on 12/20/25 and officially moved in on 12/26/25.This has been the worst 8 days ever renting from this complex. I placed a maintenance order in on 12/30/2025 for several issues that needs attention. They won't fix anything they only give excuses of why it cant be fixed but expect that $1692 rent payment and we paid our rent on time. We are not going to deal with this nonsense. Please make sure you know everything before you decide to move here. It is not for folks that care about how they live because that man manager don't. My husband tried to speak to him but he only kept making excuses. He is so unprofessional. Please be ware. We are out.... I’ve lived here since September 2024, and overall, it’s an okay complex to live in. There are a lot of elementary and middle school kids around, and on multiple occasions, I’ve been sitting in my car when a soccer ball has hit it. While this isn’t management’s fault—it’s on the parents—it can be frustrating, especially if you have a nice car. That being said, I want to give a 5-star review today because Rusty (my golden retriever) and I went to the dog park and were surprised to find a dog party happening! It absolutely made his day—he loved all the treats and toys. I’ve lived in many places, and no other management team has ever done something like this. I lived here for a few years, and as far as renting goes, it was an excellent experience. The office staff are very responsive, the apartments are well maintained, and if you have a concern and express it everything within reason will be done to address it. For the price that you pay to rent, you want things to be taken care of. I'd recommend Cedar Point Apartments to anyone I know.

They were 100% awful. Thin walls, I could hear you fart if you were above, below or on the side of us. The grass is pretty but the parking lots, awful. No where to walk. We were in the back area where we thought it was going to be quiet, however there was non stop partying, non stop yelling in the parking lot. Even had to call the cops a few times and everyone would run as soon as they got there. Don't expect your pet security deposit or the monthly pet rent to go towards damages that your pet did (even though everything single thing I looked up says it in fact DOES go for that, even on VA state laws for renters says it does). When you complain about tenants, management wants "proof" before they do anything about it. They will ask you to take pictures of tenants who violate the lease agre
