Cedar Point Apartment

Cheap, safe, and friendly neighborhood. Now the bad side. It is a dump. They are still working on this water leak for 6 weeks! Parking is limited.

I wish I could give 0 stars. Absolutely horrid. Unacceptable place to call your home. A friend of mine lives in these apartments and boy let me tell you. The motel 8 would’ve been better. As soon as I pulled in there was nothing but trash everywhere. The dumpsters clearly aren’t taking care of. I was greeted at the door by roaches. I mean they were congregating outside like it was a town hall meeting. The geese were fearless as ever. I witnessed children throwing rocks at them. Kids were out all hours of the night with no supervision. The interior of the apartments are so outdated and need to be replaced expeditiously. I would not recommend anyone living here unless you’re desperate.

This place is a Nightmare! Disgusting and roach infested. The children roam around at all times of the night. Trash everywhere in the parking lot! Management doesn’t care about the property and you can tell from the street view not even including inside the property. Definitely overpriced and full of geese (although the geese aren’t the worst thing about this property) the area around the apartment stinks literally

I just helped my daughter move into these apartments and let me tell you they are HORRIBLE. They have roaches, their dirty, and have leaking appliances and mold. There's trash all over the apartment grounds, people loitering, and barefoot unattended children freely roam the apartment grounds. The toilet in the bathroom looks like it was installed in 1943. Cabinets are broken, blinds need to be replaced, and the appliances haven't been updated in decades.

These are pretty bad apartments. I guess if you do not have a choice on where you can live this may be an option but overall the whole place is filthy. Much of it due to the residents not caring but still.
