Cedar Plaza

I live in the area and im a local at most of the business here at cedar plaza and as well of other businesses around the area.. i came in on Monday March 7 around 6pm to the smoke shop they have here. I bought a vape pen tried it at the smoke shop, received bad customer service and was asked if I shopped there before. So I continued to ask about the product I was looking for, gentlemen and a lady were there. He showed me a product and I was asked to it before I walked out the store, product worked fine.after 5mins of me making my purchase product stopped working , I then walk back to the smoke shop since I was at my friend's business across the street.
