I have been living here for many years and Miss Dani is the best manager we ever had. There is only so much she can do though. I can't say the same about our maintenance man. He rides around in his truck all day smoking cigarettes and won't do the work needed to maintain these units. My ac unit was leaking for ever until she got an ac company to fix it after he had come 3 times and it never got fixed. I have needed a bedroom door for 2 years. I have been told they are coming but he has yet to bring one to me. We need a new maintenance man.

Management has done a phenomenal job getting this place together ...DANI is sweet personable and will go above and beyond for her tenants ...KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!!

Hello everyone!! I’ve lived here for almost a year now and I have zero complaints!!! The property manager miss Dani is God sent!!!! Any and all issues get addressed immediately and me and everyone else is just so appreciative of miss Dani!!

Upon reading the reviews, and have spoken to Miss Danni, I can see why people are so happy with her. She is honest, humble, and straight to the point. Being this industry as well it is hard to see property managers with of this quality. Keep up the great work you are a true rockstar.

The complex itself, has come a long way. The office manager ms. Danni has done an amazing job. Turning the place around. When it comes to the cosmetics, crime, and overall comfortability. And she resolves problems quickly. Not to mention she genuinely cares. While trying to maintain a positive relationship. In what used to be, such a negative environment. At times the community can be a little 👃nosey. But at times. That is a good thing. Especially having kids. My time was up there. I made a few lifetime friends. Many of whom impacted my kids in a positive way. Especially (DW). I'll cherish many memories. As well as the lessons learned. During my couple years. With love.
