Anyone knows how to lease an apartment here? The contact info listed above doesn’t work. I tried contacting 2 property managements so far with no response. If someone knows, i will appreciate the info in a review if possible
The place is infested with roaches. They would come and spray but it never solved the problem. I was told there was a leak that needed to be fixed that caused the infestation problem I lived there for a year and it never was fixed. Also had a crazy neighbor who was screaming in the middle of the night walls are super thin you can hear everything. You get what you pay for here.
Not bad for this price.
This is located in a really good neighborhood with a 10/10 rating for top schools in Dallas.
