Cedar Grove at The Woodlands by Centex Homes

Our experience purchasing our home at Cedar Grove was great! Kim in the sales office was personable, helpful, and just made us feel so welcome. Rubin did our walk through and was more thorough than any previous walk through I had ever done. He wanted to be certain that we were happy with everything about our new home. And we are!

Just a little over a year now in Cedar Grove 2B. I regret settling for this community. The neighborhood is quiet and neighbors are friendly, the homes are too close together, like living in an apartment complex. You can hear EVERYTHING going on, conversations, dishes clanking, TV's, etc. while sitting on the lanai or indoors with windows open.Many of us have drainage issues due to poor grading. The side yards and back property lines remain wet year round. Sunnygrove, the HOA's landscaping contractor is terrible. Many of us opt out of their services because they leave ruts, scatter debris, weeds & mulch in our yards leaving it for us to clean up. The wet areas have standing water and deep ruts. It's is awful. They stain sidewalks with pesticide and leave trimming mess in our yards. We still

We built in 2023. Love our home and our Construction Mgr., Ray was a 10. He did a great job of keeping the quality and building project on time and done right. Cedar Grove is a wonderful neighborhood and we plan on this being our forever home.

We would absolutely recommend Centex for anyone wanting a new construction home. Our experience with sales with Ryan Bush as well as our construction manager Ray Worley were exceptional. They were both so responsive, easy to talk to, advocated for us, answered ALL of our many questions, and accommodated all of our concerns throughout the building process. The quality of this home by Ray is exceptional. We had an intensive inspection done by an outside company, and though it was already such high quality, Ray worked so hard to get EVERYTHING done that we asked before closing. He probably saved us a year of warranty work in 3 days. We are so grateful to have worked with them!

This was great experience from start to finish! Kim the sales consultant was amazing and kept in touch throughout the process. She was always ready to assist with any questions and checked in throughout my loan process.The loan through Pulte Mortgage seemed seamless as well. Trent was very thorough during the walkthrough and truly cared to ensure I was satisfied with my new home. I love the community and happy with my new home!
