Cedar Gate Apartments

Do not move here under any circumstances! If I could give 0 stars I would. I'm a current resident and have been for almost 10 years now. I've had packages stolen from other residents. The property has cameras but I doubt that any of them work since they refuse to call me back about my stolen packages. About 3-5 years ago a new company bought the property and it's gone completely downhill ever since with no uphill in sight. They claim they have "attentive" care takers but the property always has trash in the yards and hallways, and garbage around the dumpster and for weeks before anyone picks it up (it's very likely the dumpster truck drivers that are the ones picking it up and not anyone around here). Then management has the audacity to ask why you don't call about those things. ??? What a

Lived at Cedar Gate 6 years…. Went through the ownership change, but always was happy with the service… during covid Estella was very helpful telling us were we could get help for rent. I very much appreciated her help. Always nice and with a happy actitud. Always dispatch maintenance as soon as posible. never waited for service more then 2 days. A plus her being bilingual, its hard to find that when renting. Helpful for my husband and some of my neighbors. Both ladies in charge of this building have no complain from me. Always quick to help and to have everything in order. Building is a nice size, apartments very spacious, hardly ever heard the neighbors and of course clean inside and out. 👍

Hallways smell of urine using older models of fridges and carpet is old. I am afraid to go on the patio with how old the metal and wood looks. I'm giving 2 stars because it is a good location for the price but you are limited with how much you make so people can not really get ahead with life.

My vehicle was stolen out the parking lot no cameras outside. And my television was delivered and when I arrived home it was also stolen. Anytime I get an order delivered here it always comes up missing.

Rented this appartment from 2012 to 2014. The building is located in a nice quite area across the freeway from MOA. The building is nice and clean. There is a park near by. The apartments are very quite. We rented the first floor which was nice because it was a nice walk out right to the grassy area and we loved to BBQ and enterrain. We actually we're thinking about moving back to Bloomington, MN and considered moving back into these appartment. We never had a hard time with the neighbors due to everyone minding there own busness.
