Just toured this property and was really impressed! The layout is spacious, finishes are modern, and the amenities are top-notch. The staff was welcoming and professional, making the whole experience easy. Definitely worth checking out if you’re looking for a new home.

She was so helpful, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure I felt right at home. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience—highly recommend Cedar Flats to anyone looking for a great place to live in Charlotte!

This place charged me a large fee for accidentally dropping a piece of mail on the ground instead of giving it back to me. When I went to them about it, they refused to correct the issue. When I tried calling their manager, they refused to answer. Be warned, read your contract carefully, and please look elsewhere.

I am loving it so far. I still haven't used all the amenities, but everyone has been friendly so far. Also, everything always smells great and is very clean. Tabatha and Savannah have made the transition super smooth. Can’t recommend enough
