Cedar Creek Apartments

Ive had a great experience living at Cedar creek apts. My family and i have been very comfortable living here for 4+ yrs. When things needed to be fixed, they were fixed promptly. Ms. Linda and the maintenance mgr Jason has always been very kind and professional to me and my family. Its a quiet working class neighborhood. Neighbors look out for each other. Ive never had issues with pests, but the property manager has pest control come out a spray often. Some of the other reviews sound like people that didnt pay there rent and expected to live somewhere for free. These are great apts with all the amenities that you would need including washer and dryer hook ups in the unit. Do you know how hard that is to find? And the prices are great and reasonable. Great place to live. I've lived here 5+ years and very familiar with my most of the residents and never had an issue with the management staff or mice. Matter of fact they are very responsive. Sounds like Tanya is an ex resident who likely got kicked to the curb because she couldn't pay her rent and/or broke her lease. Doubtful she had a mice issue since there is a monthly professional pest control service to prevent this stuff........suggest you start with cleaning your apartment and paying your rent.

Linda is the Manager of these Apt this lady is very abusive there is this 90 something single lady that has lived there for years. I have seen Linda abusive this lady several times. Linda has a drinking problems gets drunk and acts out because she is the lord of the manor. She will tell you I will mess up your credit and tried to. I cant wait ti see her and the owner in court if you have had any experiences like this 'hit me up we may be able to add you to this law suit She needs to be fired I myself and 10 other prior tenants are taking her to court she pockets your deposits and says the apt was tore up she is even sleeping with Maint man Jason who by the way is married she makes him sleep with her to keep his job. Horribille woman.
