Does cameras amazing very lovely person building is OK Lisa was very informative. Made me feel very comfortable even I put the heat my food up after a long day at work amazing stuff.

Good day First I want to start by saying that the staff are liars. I was promised a newly remodeled apartment 2/2 for 900 a month on Oct 27th. I expected to give my deposit and promptly move in like you would with any normal rental office and apartment complex. I went with my deposit to the front office at my scheduled appointment time and was told by Laura that the 2nd manager Liz gave said apartment away to a homeless couple which I later discovered these individuals did not exist. These "people" had not even paid a deposit yet somehow were given this unit. I truly believe it was an act to have new comers expect a nice apartment when in reality it is a model apartment just for show and the actual living apartments are trash. I bit the bullet on that first issue and still agreed to rent

I wish that I could give this place a Negative Star, unfortunately I cant. This place was great once we moved in a few years ago, then stuff starting to go down hill, There was not only the apartment that was crappy with the window falling in; in the kitchen to someone stealing cars and leaving them in our parking lot to a shooting that almost killed my boyfriend and dog at that time. They don't take care of your apartment when asked for things to be done. They let you sit in a 98 degree apartment knowing you have to work to fix something should have not taking a week to fix. The office staff has changed so many times due to people buying them out. Every staff member has an attitude towards you all the time. IJS $1000/Month For A Two Bedroom There’s Not Even A Park For The Kids To Play! No Gate At The Entrance NOTHING! My son got hit by a suv as well here while playing outside! & AGAIN LIKE I MENTIONED There’s not a playground anywhere in the complex.Someone mentioned a tennis court! WHERE IS IT? they have no amenities! Not even a gym. They don’t even supply you with a washer and dryer 🤦🏾‍♀️🙄 ! And you want $1000/monthly FOR WHAT ?
