This is a long overdue message of gratitude for Rashawn. He was truly an amazing help, and a testament to the helpfulness of the maintenance staff, and speaks to the level of community that humanity has to offer. During the snowy season as he saw me back breakingly struggling to clear the snow from my parking spot he lent a helping hand which made life that much easier. He was very professional and thoughtful. Hope nothing but the best for him and that the apartment complex gifts him accordingly.

Let me tell you all a crazy story about this place. I liked living here, I miss it at times. There was a lady below me who had/has hallucinations. And multiple times she claimed I was a demon with water seeping into her apartment to kill her. The apartment, god bless them, tried to placate her. It just became too much for me. Good otherwise!

Car got broken into and stolen right out front my apartment door ON CAMERA. Leasing office is no help and won’t show camera footage. I do not feel safe here especially knowing they DO NOT have our back

I have lived here for less than a year and I can not count the number of maintenance requests I have submitted. For the most part my issues have been addressed but as of recently every time you submit a maintenance ticket it gets closed out and nobody shows up. The dryer in my building has never Worked and I have been here since last October. Now I'm dealing with rodent droppings on my balcony and no one has showed up for weeks.

I am so fed up with these people! We pay $1,600 a month and have constant bug problems! First it was roaches then bed bugs then flies and now roaches again! They always do a half ass job in maintenance as well! I contacted them 3 times yesterday THREE TIMES about poorly done bathtub maintenance and each time it’s done poorly again. I want my moneys worth! We work very hard for this income and it’s not even worth it! When I first came here two years ago the maintenance was better idk what happened but it’s not good enough for someone who pays as much as we do! I would find another apartment complex if I were looking these days. I feel like my room mates are roaches. Who wants that?
