Concerns Regarding Management and Operations at Bond House Apartments I am writing as an anonymous family member of a current tenant at the Bond House Apartments in Bastrop, Louisiana. I am choosing to remain anonymous due to concerns about potential backlash or retaliation from the property manager. There are ongoing and serious concerns regarding the professionalism, accessibility, and overall management of this property. Numerous issues have been reported by tenants, including persistent lack of communication, unanswered phone calls and voicemails, and a leasing office that is frequently locked during normal business hours, making it difficult or impossible for residents to receive assistance. Additionally, tenants have expressed significant frustration with maintenance operations, citi

As of January 4,2026, Highlawn Place in Huntington,WVa has been without hot water for SIX days. Because no money has been invested in upkeep and mantaince this is not the first time it's happened. Being a senior facility, you would think that management would be checking on residents. Management is nowhere to be found as we suffer through the holidays. The manager is rarely on premises, preferring to stay home and watch tv monitors or sell real estate. This is abuse and neglect. Any response by the owners is only for those who leave a positive review. Complaints go unresolved.

Absolute horrible management company. All they care about it money, meanwhile the properties are run down, the managers are a revolving door, I've lived at Sacramento Manor, and since they let Sarah the manager go, this property has went down the drain, rude management, maintenance is lazy, they want to continue to increase but provide nothing for the tenants and charge for everything you put a request in for even though it's standard wear and tear items. This is supposed to be low income but it's really not. You contact corporate and no one gets back to you and when they do they brush you off and speak to you very condescendingly. I will never in my life live at another property manager by the company again. Worst experience ever.

I live at Maple Ridge Estates in Medina, New York, I have a few things I would like to see changed. First I would like to say the the manager Karen is doing a great job but is not getting paid enough for what she is doing. We would not want to lose her. She seems to care about us. Also Tyler the maintenance man does a great job. But he also needs help he is so busy he doesn't get things done for awhile. There is so much that needs to be done here. I have rust on my door which needs to be taken off and painted. It looks terrible. The whole place needs to be power washed the siding is dirty. The patio's need to be power washed too. The parking lot is very dark at night we need some motion lights possibly on the peaks over the doors of the apartments. We are not senior citizens living here a

When I moved here in 2008 it was a pretty nice place but took some time to get used to because it was smaller. Now, since there has been many changes in management I'm not exactly pleased but there isn't any other place to move to since this place goes by your income. Since inflation, places outside of here are very high in rent. So, I make the best of things here and I'm in a good section without a lot of problems. There are sections here with drug issues and other issues. I think this place could be much better if applicants were screened better. We have two good maintenance men now who are learning and do the best job they can. They are so far behind right now on work orders but are working on it. My closet with the hot water tank still isn't fixed but maintenance has ordered a smaller
