Avoid CBG at all costs- especially if you have a small business. Our experience with CBG was by far the worst we’ve had in our nine years of operating. They consistently demonstrated a lack of care and accountability toward tenants. Here are a few examples from our tenancy: •A burst water pipe in the vacant suite next to ours flooded into our unit. It took over a year of back-and-forth to receive compensation for our damaged property. •The flood caused our carpet to mold. It took more than nine months for CBG to address the flooring, and when they finally did, they misled us. They promised polished concrete with epoxy but instead painted the floor with gray paint, which began peeling within hours of reopening.
