CB Rentals

I rented at the Post Edge property from CB Rentals and had no issues whatsoever. The CB Rentals office was always helpful with whatever I needed and made the move in and move out process easy.

Good management company to work with when renting a place to live. Their personnel are cordial and provide good customer service. One area for improvement is following through with tenants who don't adhere to the rules, as this affects those who do follow them.

Every problem water leak under the sink etc was handled and fixed within 10 minutes of making a request. They’re really good people to rent from and very understanding

We have been renting with CB Rentals for about 3 1/2 years and they have been the best “landlords” and organization to ever use! They have been extremely flexible, understanding and reliable. I couldn’t recommend them enough and we would’ve probably chose to continue to rent for them for many more years if we were relocating out of state! Very grateful especially for Amy!

The rental property is nice, but there has been lackluster communication with renters and follow through on very basic requests.
