Please Don’t get caught up in the Karen’s of the worlds, reviews !!! Matt and Jordan are the best !! We just bought a new home from them and everything they promised us was done at a high level!! I might add by a contractor named Cliff that works for them .He is one of the best carpenters I have ever seen and we couldn’t be more happy !! Shop around if you want but if you want a beautiful home that will be done right , give Matt and Jordan a chance .My wife and I aren’t quick to the praise , especially if it’s not earned and they have definitely earned our respect !! I’m extremely disappointed with Oak Creek’s workmanship and handling of my home. I started this process on February 24, 2025. My house was placed on October 2, 2025, I started paying my mortgage in October 2025, and I am still not living in my home. Work was stalled for weeks at a time with no contractors showing up and little to no communication. I’ve been paying a mortgage on an unfinished house. In October 2025, Cavco Industries acquired Oak Creek Homes. I escalated my concerns and emailed the CEO. I was contacted for about two weeks, then communication completely stopped. Emails and follow-ups went unanswered. Based on my experience, the GM at Oak Creek Homes in Oklahoma City, Matt, would tell me what I wanted to hear but failed to follow through. I applied for a double wide here, was told since i have land that i wouldn't have to pay a down payment but when he was doing the paperwork he added in an amount down. Long story short, i wasn't approved. Days after, i apply with a lender and got approved for almost 200k to buy a home with 0 down and closing cost assistance. These people also don't pay their referrals. Please please apply for a stick built home first unless you prefer a mobile home but even for today my interest is low compared to two people i know who went through Oak Creek. They're paying over 1,300 a month and i'm barely paying over 1k for my house tax, insurance, and all that included. Good luck.

From the time my wife and I walked in to the OKC Oak Creek office until the time we walked out, Matt was 100% interested in fulfilling our wants and needs. When we told Matt, we were moving from Texas to Oklahoma, he immediately related to our situation and knew the differences we would be facing from state to state. He help alleviate those stressful questions that we had with his knowledge and his concern to make this transition as easy and stress-free as possible. My wife and I want to thank Matt for doing everything he possibly could do to help us stay within our budget and our means and becoming proud and happy Oak Creek homeowners. Buyer beware! Our house has walls so bowed we can't set anything flat against them or hang anything on them. Uneven floor joists so there are bumps in the floors and my shower doesnt drain all the way because of the way floor joists under it is sloped. It looks like it was built by children. I hate it and hope it gets blown away by a tornado soon.
