Well I guess they like to delete bad reviews but im going to continue to report until my problem is fixed, here I am 4 months into my "new home" that I purchased from oak creek, trim out still has not been done, roof has been leaking since I've moved in which has caused the back bedroom ceiling to have serious water damage and ceiling starting to cave in, I've been in contact with HR but here we are 6 weeks later and still nothing at all. Craftsmanship of the home is honestly sad. I will recommend you guys go elsewhere because this place is not what people are making it out to be.

I was very interested in one of these 'Smart Cottages' like the one pictured, it's called the Sparrow. Initially I placed several calls only to receive an automated answering service. However my calls were returned after a short delay, I eventually received a competitive proposal and hope to iron out a deal within the next month.

This was a good experience up until I realized they just told me whatever in order to get my down payment the same day they met me and my partner. We were looking for our first house and this company advertised on Facebook. Upon asking questions through messenger I eventually gave them my phone number to call me. We talked briefly about my credit/down payment options and the person I spoke to reassured me that they could get us in something. We drove over an hour (I live in Texas) to look at homes. We got there, looked at several homes and had great conversation. We picked the house we wanted and after looking at all the numbers and credit scores we were told that we would be approved at the rates we needed and just needed to pick land.
