Cat is simply the best of the best! We bought our first home with her in 2021 and she made the process seamless from start to end. Most recently we sold that home with her help and had multiple offers within a week, allowing us to purchase our forever home. We had some obstacles to overcome, and many delays due to repairs being needed before closing, but after months and months we finally did it!
