California Apartments

I’ve lived here for about 6 months and I can genuinely say there’s no other complex/community I’d rather be part of. The staff are top notch and amazing people. I was deployed a few weeks back and asked if they could check on my place every now and then, and without hesitation they did. They’ve helped with every problem I’ve had being extremely professional and kind. Not to mention that if there’s a snow storm, they clear it faster and better then when I was stationed in Alaska. 11/10

Honestly, my best experience in the U.S.! I lived here for a year — great management, super fast and kind maintenance team. Totally worth the price! Only moved out because I relocated to another state.

I lived here in a one bedroom apartment for around 2 years and it was great. Both maintenance and office staff are respectful and get the job done. Maintenance responds promptly to any issues and fixed everything with care unlike some other rentals in the area. Amy and Mariah at the office are helpful with any issues although, I lived there for 2 years and never really had issues only called maintenance once or twice. Power washing is done regularly and lawn is well kept. Pool and tennis courts are well maintained as well. Community events are held monthly. I would highly recommend living here.

I currently live in California Apartments. We recently had a snow storm. My car was stuck in the snow. I was plowed in . I called the rental office to see if I could borrow a shovel. One of the maintenance staff (Will) came and knocked on my door. He stated he would dig me out. When he asked which car was mine. He , said there is actually an empty spot next to my vehicle. He said he could move my car into the empty space where there was no snow. He not only moved my car but completely cleaned it off. I have lived here for 13 years. This is the type of community California Apartments is, the maintenance staff is top notch. Amy the apartment manager is kind and very compassionate.

California Apartments is a great place to live!! I have been here for 8 years now and have loved every minute!! The apartments are very spacious and have all the most up to date appliances. The area is beautiful and very peaceful. The pool and the gym are great aminites to have along with the parking! They keep everything clean and well maintained. But the biggest thing that makes this place the best in town is the staff! Very knowledgeable and friendly. They always are very helpful when I have issues and very fast to respond to requests. Same day service!! They are always available and informative. I love the extra like the monthly newsletter and the community activities!! You will not be disappointed here!!
