Hi Janiyah Thank you for your commentary and feedback even though we don't see you listed as a resident, we recently made a property management change that will positively impact the community. We were not aware the previous manger wasn't onsite much and that work orders were being delayed or not even done. We also haven't communicated any rent increases as you're describing, but were told by residents that it was communicated by previous management company as an exit strategy. Lastly the photo that you shared was when the entire town of Rocky Mount flooded but we are fortunate not to experience many issues from this. Went to move in on 7/6/2019 .. the place looked as if the previous tenants had just moved out. Personal belongings still in kitchen drawers, beeping smoke detector, light in bathroom didn’t work and carpet was filthy with stuff spilled on it and the property manager is going to say “ oh as a courtesy we will have someone come out and clean it “ what you mean as a courtesy the carpet needed to be replaced and not a courtesy to me. The apartment was full of roaches. Stay away they will lie to get a dollar . So, by the time I left she called the cops on my father and I, because I refused to leave til I got an explanation of how I was going to be able to cash my money orders being that I had made them out to the property. The newly renovated apartment is very nicely done. Great community and a great place to live.

I havent had a fridge since I moved in had to get a small fridge and make due with that, it's been hard
