Caswell at Mill Creek

I cannot say enough positive things about Caswell at Mill Creek. I would personally still be living here but we outgrew our home having 4 children. I lived here for over 3 years with absolutely no complaints. The neighborhood is quiet, family friendly, and most importantly feels safe. Lorelei the Community Manger was always quick to respond to emails and very kind and professional while speaking on the phone. I only had a handful of maintenance requests but Josue was always very professional and quick to answer any questions. Lorelei and Josue always went above and beyond I can't thank them enough for all their assistance while living here. To a future resident: don't second guess putting in an application and living here you won't regret it. It's clean, reliable management and maintenance

They are a good size for the price, neighborhood is pretty quiet and maintenance fixes issues in a timely fashion. The leasing team was amazing and friendly as well. Overall great place
