Let’s start off with yes it’s reasonable if you just need a place to live the staff is very rude in the office. They barely have a Maintenance man. Nothing is fixed. The elevator keeps shutting down. They just let anybody move in. You got homeless people digging in the trash cans, lingering around at night time the cameras in the building do not work. Someone Was murdered in our building and they still don’t have cameras in the building. and again the staff is very unprofessional. Some people are paying for utilities and some people are just paying for the rent flat out is something that’s not right going on within this business and this company. Living at Ashley Towers for 5 and a half years has been great! I was transferred to a remodeled unit 1 year ago! I’m honestly shocked at the reviews about staff. Kate is a sweetheart always willing to help while Patricia is always willing to listening before responding. Downtown Macon is full of homeless people! They can not get access to the building unless someone lets them in. It’s secured 24/7. I lived a floor away from Jessica who tried to get me and my boyfriend & other residents to sign a petition to sue because she was angry with the ladies in the office for going up on her rent. Yall are so busy trying to bash businesses when things front go your way but live here for YEARS! We got a notice about that in 2022. SMP was a nasty company. Keep up the great work ladies “KEBA”

I was going to place a work order and noticed that someone wrote a personal review about Kate. I’ve been in my apartment for 2 months now and we have all watch Kate run 3 properties alone. She’s always here to help. She probably can’t answer the phone because she’s giving her attention to others who are in the office. DUH! I’ve never experienced her turning me away! Even when she was closed she let me in to help with my account! She’s always coming out just to check on residents! Kate is awesome. She’s one of the reasons I love where I stay now. Without Kate I would still be residing in the slums. “She’s boujie” can’t even type well! Don’t lie on great people. Especially when it’s hard to find people that care who work in property offices! I had the misfortune of living at Caswell (formerly known as Ashley towers), and it was nothing short of a nightmare. To make matters worse, the management team has proven themselves to be utterly untrustworthy and unethical. First and foremost, I completed my lease term and was entitled to receive my $500 security deposit back. However, the management at Caswell decided to play a cruel game of cat and mouse, refusing to return my hard-earned money despite providing all the necessary documents, including the lease agreement. They claimed to have contacted corporate, but their excuses were as empty as their promises. If you’re considering living here, think again. The living conditions are deplorable. I have lived at Ashley Towers for over 2 years now and have loved it. It is so convenient living walking distance to many places within downtown, and the higher floors have incredible views of Macon. New management took over a few months ago and I have definitely noticed an improvement with maintenance requests. Overall, I have had a very positive experience with the transition as well as with the building as a whole.
