Caswell at Katherine

I’m a new resident here and they’re undergoing reservations. They handle two other properties as well as KC, and i can say that the people in the office, especially Kate are amazing. When we address a problem they make sure to handle it. It may take a few days but as i said they manage two other properties. Every issue that I’ve had has been resolved. From broken doors to helping us get rid of the trespassers, they’re simply amazing. And i love my apartment. Kate needs a promotion because she actually will come help out no matter the time of night. I had an emergency at 1am and she came with no hesitation. No other property manager or leasing consultant goes above and beyond like Kate.

I lived here for 3 years. First 2 were great, no issues, great maintenance etc...This Last year its been sold a couple different times, and issues have compounded. My biggest concern is saftey. The security gate has been broken for a very long time. A few homeless people are squatting in the fire stairwells. I encountered someone tweeking behind the security gate. There is a camp of 3 homeless people located near the trash. If you complain to the staff will tell you that they will get to it, but they aren't going to. This isn't what it used to be. There is also mold issues throughout the complex.
