PLEASE BEWARE OF THIS DESIGN CENTER! They provided inaccurate information regarding important details and did not take responsibility for their actions. I requested an upgraded tub for my dream home, and when I inquired with Brianne Clark, she stated that the tub was the same size as the standard model, with the only difference being the addition of jets. This was concerning to me, as a larger tub was a key requirement from the beginning. Trusting this information, I agreed to proceed with the standard tub. However, after returning home, I became uncertain about the details provided. I followed up with Brianne to obtain exact measurements of the tubs. After several weeks of follow-up and unanswered calls, I finally received an email indicating that the upgraded tub holds 10 gallons more w
