Castlerock Apartments

Seriously one of, if not the best complex in the valley. Gladys in the office made everything smooth. The communication was spot on, everyrhing was explained thoroughly and if I had any questions she was quick to respond with all of the needed information. I looked at Castlerock apartments when I first got to the valley but unfortunately ended up elsewhere. The park like setting of this complex is incrediblely peaceful. I love the fitness room and am very excited for morning laps in the pool. The only cons are the hours of the fitness room/pool. And parking can be a bit tricky but definitely doable! If you want a clean, spacious affordable and quiet, this is the place.

Moving is so difficult, and yet Gladys, the property manager at Castlerock Apartments, has made our interstate move from Portland, OR as smooth as can be. My partner and I reached out over the phone and email and we were able to converse with Gladys and do our required background checks, paperwork, all of the setting up in advance so we could then meet up in person two days ago. Gladys is not only competent and personable, she's a gracious, caring person who cares about us as new residents and is doing all she can to ensure the whole apartment environment feels safe, welcoming and a community as a whole. Not a horrible place to live but they charge you up the butt for rent and then fail to put ANY dog waste disposal bins around the property and expect elderly and disabled people to pick up after their pets and walk a half mile away to a garbage can when they only have a couple around the property. With how much everyone pays in rent these should be mandatory and available to us at all times if we are required to pick up after pets. Just ridiculous

Our property manager we have here now is absolutely amazing! We love and appreciate Gladys so much! She’s been so helpful to us and works with us in the best ways she possibly can. She’s very understanding with us and has great communication as well. We can tell she truly has our families best interest at heart and we’re so grateful for her. Especially with us being 1st time renters and getting our lives together. Having her as a property manager has been a blessing to our family. Big thank you to Gladys! She is wonderful at her job and a wonderful person in general. And we love it here! Landscape is always properly taken care of and beautiful.
