Good lord the experience i had with these people were absolutely dreadful. Such scummy and shady people with awful customer service. Anytime I attempted to call and request maintenance they would either not answer or I was told to deal with it myself. Cookie and her husband are the worst duo to be operating this business and it surprises me how they’re still operating, very trash individuals are the best way to describe those two. Cookie decided to essentially steal $100 from my mother during her move by stating the deposit was $900 when on the lease it said $800. We had a roach issue, had to handle it ourselves. Had a broken fence for a while, didn’t even attempt to bring anyone to fix it. Plumbing issues from day one, had to almost beg her for someone to come address the issue before we

Worse house I’ve lived in by this company and don’t get my started on the property manager and landlord. They did not give a care in the world about the house being damaged and infested with roaches and even a mouse. Came to the house with broken fences that the neighbors had kindly put back together and my grandpa. Very very unprofessional, this company has GOT TO GO. Also charged an extra 100$ for no reason. “castle realty” more like trash realty.

Zero stars would be more accurate. Hired them to manage a 2 unit property. They owed us 4 months of rent, at least. I flew over to get our money and stayed for a week. The owners' husband called me a liar. After a few days of being there I went back and talked to him. All of a sudden he got this look on his face like I was telling the truth.. I also played a video of his wife meeting with me secretly (they owed us almost $10K). He ate crow in the final video when I met with him. lol. He took the $ from his 401K to pay us back. Don't walk, run away from this company......

If I could give this company 0 stars I would. We found a rent house that we loved and told them we would put in an application and deposit that night to show we were interested. We got our application and everything in with a deposit up front, company bank statements (due to having a new business), personal tax information, great recommendations from previous rental properties where we had been paying over $3,000 rent between my bf and myself a month. We were looking for somewhere larger for our family. Mistry stated things were looking good, but they just needed to verify my boyfriends pay more. So we got them his 1099 from the CPA for his work with the company we owned for 2019 (we had only been open for 3 months so far) and on his 1099 he made over 4K on his own plus then my jobs pay in

We enjoyed our time while renting from them. Never had any problems, work orders were always done in a timely manner. We initially planned to stay one year (renting from them) but due to unforeseen circumstances we ended up staying two years. Would have stayed another year but, we ended up finding something bigger for our growing family. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a place. Who knows, we might even go back if anything becomes available that fits our budget :)
