Beautiful serene views. Quick amd responsive maintenance team. Very professional staff. I've lived here for 2 years, any issues I've raised concern over are generally speaking quickly resolved within a day or so, a week max. The 4 star rating is no reflection on my experience here; i just never give the max rating on anything because there is always room for improvement. I have been told that with every performance evaluation I have undergone and I believe that holds true for any business or individual as well.

Despite various changes within the community during this period, the professionalism, courtesy, and efficiency of your team have remained outstanding. I have consistently been impressed by their hard work, patience, and commitment to maintaining a clean, well-ordered, and welcoming environment for all residents. Their respectful demeanor and prompt attention to any concerns have made my experience here truly positive. The maintenance guys (Steve and Zee) did a great job today at my unit plus they had helped me with my car too. May God continue to bless their souls and thank you again ❤️

Office was dishonest before signing lease. They have marked two service requests complete that have not been completed. Brought to the attention of front office that there is a severe smell of cigarettes/weed from other units, very dismissive. Even though this is a no smoking property, they clearly don’t care, told me they have to live with the smell everyday. Not pleased with bedside manner of office staff. I was told several times the bonus they get from me signing the lease is great, it seems this is all they care about.

I enjoyed meeting Ashley and seeing the good things going on with Castaways & Hidden Harbor. It certainly is a warm and inviting atmostphere and a must see when looking for a cozy apartment in Warner Robins. Looking forward to working with our newest business partner.
