We moved in 7 mths ago. Couldn't be happier. The apartments are super nice. Ryan is the maintenance manager. I've managed commercial chain restaurants and have never seen anyone that can repair almost anything, & everything, like Ryan can, and does. Whenever I request apartment repairs, it never takes long before maintenance is completed. We've all lived places where the opposite is true. You know, good luck with that wish list.. Living downtown, homeless people can be an issue in the parking areas. However the no extra charge covered parking is super sweet.

Just wanted to give credit where credit is due.. Although Casitas has had their struggles with keeping staff Ryan the maintance guy is fantastic.. He is creditable hard working sincere and always will listen to any concern and take it to the office folks. he is the best thing that has happened to the Casitas in the 3 years I have lived here. he is the kind of employee that this place needs bc he really does care and tries his best to do the best job he can and he treats the resident with respect.. And really just brings out the best in this community.. So just wanted to say THANK YOU RYAN.. We appreciate you!

Overall management is kinda new still, however Ryan (Maintenance manager) has been here for a while. Long enough to know that he is a dependable and hard worker. We’ve had plenty troubles over time big and small, it just happens with life, but Ryan’s always been quick and useful to fix anything. Everyone at Casitas knows that Ryan’s the guy. Hope he gets to read this so we know we appreciate all he’s done for us.

Ryan, maintenance supervisor here has consistently impressed me and many other tenants with his no-nonsense approach to the handling of maintenance situations. I highly suggest that you recognize him as a very good competent and a professional maintenance personnel member of your team. Thank you .

Maintenance hair is incredible always respectful kind friendly could be some better enforcement with homeless but I understand Albuquerque I'm surprised maintenance isn't managing and running this place does such a great job
