Very diverse, people from all over. Liked the view of downtown Nacogdoches.
This place has so many rats, roaches and bedbugs that it's hard to see the floor!!
New management. Tightening things up. If you don't mind a little noise during daytime and minding your business, being aware etc it's not that bad.
I used to live there for almost 3 years....the last 6 months was a total nightmare. I had bronchitis 4 different times the last episode lasted from October- November....there is black mold up in the ceiling no one did anything about....for the last 3 months we had no heat....this was in apartment # 24....they don't fix anything but will gladly take your money or evict you...
I was just dropping a person that I know off there so I as far as I can see the new management is really doing a good job
