Casey Acres Apartments

I've been living here for almost 3 years since June 2023. From the beginning until now, I kept all my bikes, winter stuff, camping gear, etc, on the balcony. Nobody said anything. The leasing office gave me a warning letter on 1/8/2026 and another notice for a lease violation letter and remove things no later than THIS Friday 1/16/2026. In this freezing winter season, why now? Why not three years ago? Or the summer? I pay my rent on exactly the 1st of every month, and don't I pay for the balcony too? Also it says that further action may be taken. Call police and kick us out this weekend??? Whenever a problem occurs in my apartment, they show up a month later! I reported a washing machine problem on 12/11/2025, and the problem is still there! My kitchen sink problems were reported on 12/19/

We have been here for almost 3 years. Since we moved, we reported that the washing machine did not work, they arrived almost two months later, the rent has been raised but that is not a problem but therefore they should provide a good service in cold weather, the windows and doors do not work, they let all the cold pass. Oh, the heat in summer, I had to seal the door with clothes. In the parking lots it is a single mess. They gave a car stiker for each apartment. My car with the stiker is almost lifted by the crane when I was in the parking lot that corresponds to me. If you move to these apartments, keep in mind that you will have to buy every bomb that is damaged, you will have to replace everything that is damaged because the office notified you. The office staff here is amazing! Every time I stop in or call, they’re welcoming, patient, and always go out of their way to help. They make living here so much easier by being organized, understanding, and quick with communication. So grateful for such a supportive and kind team!

There is nothing better than living in a safe and cozy place, this is already my third year and I really feel happy, My apartment is spacious and my neighbors are nice.. the process is fast, the girls Teresa and Kaylee are very friendly and help you throughout the process.. really if you want to be in a quiet environment this is the place I recommend it!!

Don't be fooled by some not true reviews, the management staff are some of the best around,they are kind, caring, attentive, and very understanding of whatever your issue is, also with the safety, and upkeep of the property.I can go on &on about the Ladies in the office, you are in good hands with them.As long as you are doing what you are supposed to do,I'm most certain that they will take good care of you.
