Cascadia Property Management

Michelle and the team at Cascadia Property Management are the best! I own properties all over the West Coast with several companies taking care of them. They get back to me quicker than anyone. They are clear in their explanations and in general just great to work with. I've also appreciated that I don't feel "nickel and dimed" by them. Five stars!

Cascadia Property Management, managed by Christina Gist, is a professionally-managed and beautiful complex. My husband and I lived there for a couple of years and we loved it. We would still be there, but we moved to Texas, We will be returning to Bend, OR, and are looking forward to renting at Cascadia when we return. Christina is very responsive to tenants' needs.

BEWARE: My wife and I rented a high-end condo from John and Christina Gist June-August 2015 in downtown Bend, OR. All was well until we received our "Move Out Cleaning Checklist" that described Agent's definition of "clean". I tried to engage CPM's cleaning service but was told they were on vacation. We spent all day cleaning the unit, washing windows and in our opinion, the unit was cleaner than when we moved in. We totally wasted our time as we received a $345 reduction in our deposit! ($100 cleaning; $125 for carpet cleaning [3 month rental, 2 adults]; $120 window cleaning service. I observed their carpet cleaner using a unit one could rent from ACE for $25/hr! The $345 simply went to CPM's bottom line. So caution is advised if you plan to rent from CPM; be prepared to forfeit a
