Cascade Park Apartments

Honestly I lived there for 5 years and I have never had a problem at all. Maintenance always came in a timely fashion and the rental office was very very nice. Now the parking lot and where the mailbox was didn’t look safe at all so I would have a mail family member take my trash and check my mail. 😂😂😂

I love the community here. I have lived here for quite some time and I can say it is a good place. Everyone is friendly and kind. But sometimes the Management does not do the job well. It is hard sometimes to get one of the staff to help you if you have a problem.

Went without heat for 3 years and had a major rodent issue. Couldn’t count on maintenance to do their part because you’ll be waiting a month to get anything fixed in your home. Constant shooting and crime. Just recently moved from building 4283 due to a fire happening from a unit using their oven to heat their home. Management had the audacity to give residents space heaters to keep warm and that barely did much. The space heaters spiked up the electric bill to $300-$500 or more during the winter time and not that much of a difference during the summer because of the faulty air conditioners they give you that’s completely old and out dated. Air conditioners blew out a black substance and smelled like mildew. Overall a horrible place to live!

I was doing some apartment shopping and I called Cascade apartments to get some information about there 2 bedrooms and the person who answered the phone (I am guessing it was the property manager) was unprofessional and very unpolite. Even if I was interested (which I am not)answering the phone and talking like that to potential residents just does not look good!

They truly don't deserve a 1 star let alone a zero they just need to go out of business, just throw the whole damn business away... Long story short I got approved in August to move in the first week of September, so I moved from one apartment just to be told they don't have the any availability mind you I just spoke with her the day before to confirm, so a week went by she gave some half ass and with attitude of course like my personal situation was affecting her and she was the manager, so another week went by another excuse and here we are almost in Oct still don't have a place to call home... Good thing I got the hint the first time, these bumm ass scammers just want the application coins to pocket them. Basic bumm type of broads working in this office.
