Cascade Oaks Apartments

I’ve had a wonderful experience living at this apartment complex! The property itself is clean, well-maintained, and in a great location, but what really makes it stand out is the exceptional service from the leasing team. Our agent Rosa was incredibly helpful from day one always friendly, professional, and quick to answer any questions. She made the entire process smooth and stress-free, and continue to go above and beyond to ensure residents feel welcome and supported. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a new place to call home!

Jamal was good treat me and my daughter nice we got in the apartment with no problem but maintenance is poor service don't come when they supposed to tell you lies I have a refrigerator on my back porch haven't been removed yet poor service

Cascade Oaks Apartments are a deal. Compared to rents at nearby Apartment Complexes. Area is quiet and quaint. The property manager, Rosa is on top of any issues that arise. And maintenance staff is urgent when repairs are needed. Their online portal for rent payments and maintenance requests is user friendly. If you are in search of an affordable place to live, but do not want to forfeit your quality of life. I would recommend Cascade Oaks in South Fulton.

I visited casade oaks today and had a very pleasant experience for as renting an apartment Mr Jarmar was very happy and helpful. Very good customer service.

I lived at Cascade Oaks Apartments until April 2024. Despite leaving the apartment in good condition, returning the keys, and following all move-out procedures, I have not received my security deposit. Multiple attempts to contact management via phone, email, and in-person visits have gone unanswered. This experience has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. I hope management resolves this matter promptly and honors their obligations to tenants.
