Cascade Glen Apartments

Pros: My apartment is nice and spacious. The leasing agents are friendly. Cons: Maintenance takes forever to address emergency issues. My fridge went out and all of my food spoiled. It took them 3 days after I told them about it to acknowledge the issue. I literally had to go and sit in the office and refuse to leave until maintenance walked in and I personally had to tell them I needed a new fridge. Recently my air conditioning unit stopped blowing out cold air. I let them know as soon as I noticed it. Two days later, I’m still sitting in heat. The leasing agents said that they put it in the “emergency” work orders yet every time I called to inquire they gave me excuses as to why it had not yet been acknowledged. I moved here in February my move in process was smooth I got new carpet I loved it. but the maintenance is HORRIBLE please up the standards on the maintenance because when paying rent people want they house to work ... there’s no way.... my AC broke 3 times this summer !!!! 3 times in the last 2 months ??? How is that possible ? The last time he said he had to order something for it but yet it’s gone out once again & when you call they office about it they act like it’s your fault ... Also if your not use to a hood environment don’t move here the shootings & stuff were very bad last winter. I don’t see roaches it depends on how you keep your house in my opinion...

Don’t waste your time moving here the customer service is horrible!!!! Maintenance will not do their job and as a current tenant I am really regretting moving here. I am a clean tenant who is always on time with my rent and nice to neighbors but when I need maintenance to do their job the leasing office gives me the run around. I thanked God I don’t have the rat problems I have heard other tenants complain about but just the fact that the maintenance department has not fixed the small issues I have had since the first day I moved in is completely unacceptable!!! Starting to hate this place and I never thought it would be like this. Soon this complex will be closing and on the news the way it’s looking I wouldn’t be surprised if they were shut down as well!! Terrible apartments ! The lady in the rent office is rude and unprofessional, she sits on the left side when you walk in. And the new management is no help at all ! Moved in the end of August and have gone two almost three months without lights in my apartment, all but two lights in my apartment work. Hot water heater about to explode and my window is broken. All these problems I have since the day I moved into this apartment! Reconsider moving into these apartments it’s not worth it

These apartments are RAGGEDY! You have to put in SEVERAL requests for maintenance issues and they STILL might not come. If youre late a week on your rent youll get an eviction notice hearing! They don't even wait a month! Roach infested and FLEA infested. Literally takes 5 minutes for my kitchen water to get hot. You're unit will NOT look like the show unit. I moved in 4 months ago and still have things that haven't been fixed since my move in.
