I love my log cabin home! It wasn't easy erecting it in Lane County, Oregon, but Eugene is my home and we had to adhere to the city code. Ben was very patient with the ups and downs of the very onerous permit process, the changes to the schedule, the challenges of my small lot with a forbidding conservation setback and so on. Seriously, it was a pleasure working with him, but even more important is the quality of the workmanship, and the design of the cabin. While they did not have the product I was looking for, they were friendly and helpful directing me to a different company. This i find refreshing in this digital age as many places i have called can't wait to get off the phone because they know they won't be making a sale.
